Echoes of Pirin – Natural Mountain Atmosphere is a sonic journey through the timeless wilderness of the Pirin Mountains in Bulgaria. Over seven days, I traversed ridges, valleys, and alpine meadows, capturing the living breath of the mountain through sound.
This collection features the gentle murmurs of mountain rivers, the restless wind sweeping across the high ridges, the intimate hum of insects circling the microphones, and even the almost imperceptible movement of ants within their anthill. Each recording is an authentic moment of connection — a fragment of Pirin’s soul translated into sound.
