Album Notes
Corsica Sound Library is a collection of 11 field recordings captured during my journey across this Mediterranean jewel in the fall of 2013. Traveling by bicycle, I immersed myself in the island’s diverse landscapes, recording the sounds that defined my experience. This collection features the rushing waters of mountain rivers and waterfalls, the tranquil ambience of rural Corsica, and the subtle energy of its urban soundscapes. From the wild beauty of nature to the character of local life, these recordings offer an authentic auditory portrait of Corsica, preserving the island’s unique sonic identity.
