User License Agreement
We are pleased to grant you the following license agreement for any sound libraries purchased on Bandcamp, whether for your individual use or as a company owner with hundreds of employees. Our licensing approach simplifies things by offering a single license for radio stations, TV stations, post-production studios, and any other type of organization.
Grant of License
Upon purchasing any of the mentioned sound effect libraries, Nomadic Soundscape grants you (the Licensee) a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use any and all sound effects outlined in this agreement.
Restrictions
- Licensee may not sell any of the licensed sound effects in their original form for commercial gain or claim ownership.
- Licensee may not upload any of the licensed sound effects in their original form and/or as standalone product as whole or in parts to any media platform such as YouTube or Spotify, for commercial gain or to claim ownership. Should you wish to incorporate our content in such a manner, we kindly request you to reach out to us in order to secure a Developer License for our content
Rights Granted
- The license agreement grants the following rights to the Licensee:
- Use of the licensed sound effects on an unlimited number of projects for their lifetime.
- Use of the licensed sound effects for both personal and commercial projects without attribution to Nomadic Soundscape.
- Use of the licensed sound effects for synchronization in audio and visual projects such as films, television, radio, documentaries, commercials, video games, podcasts, audio dramas, applications, blogs and websites, school and university projects (especially for audio students), prisons, concerts, theater, live events, and prototype projects.
Royalty-free use of the licensed sound effects for any musical compositions. - At Nomadic Soundscape, we provide our licensees with the unique ability to modify and create derivative works from our licensed sound effects and sell them without any attribution or royalties to us. However, we strictly prohibit the sale of our original sounds in their unmodified form.*
License Agreement for Free Sounds
This license agreement applies to all of our free sound effects and free sound libraries available for download on Bandcamp.
Grant of License
After downloading sound effects or sound libraries for free, Nomadic Soundscape grants the Licensee (You), a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license laid out in this agreement.

- Licensee can use the free sound effects for personal and commercial projects with attribution to Nomadic Soundscape in the form of a website link. We recommend using one of the following attributions: “Sound effects obtained from Nomadic Soundscape”. “Additional sound effects from Nomadic Soundscape“ or “Sound Effects by Nomadic Soundscape“
- Licensee can redesign the licensed sound effects and sell them without royalties to Nomadic Soundscape but should include a link to the original source or to Nomadic Soundscape.
- Licensee can use the free sound effects for synchronization for audio and visual projects, including:
- Films, television, radio, and documentaries
- Commercials
- Video games
- Podcasts and audio dramas
- Applications, including software (No original sounds)
- Blogs and websites
- School and university projects, especially for audio students
- Prisons
- Concerts, theater, or even live events (DJs)
- Prototype projects (No original sounds)
- Royalty-Free for any musical compositions
Liability
Nomadic Soundscape makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of the files and content. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be suitable or correct for your specific needs.
Our products are sold according to the specifications provided in the product descriptions, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are suitable for their intended use. Therefore, Nomadic Soundscape accepts no liability for any damages resulting from the incorrect usage of products.
Our files and content are intended as a recommendation only and do not replace the specialist qualifications required to work with them. We strongly advise seeking legal and other specialist advice before using any of our products if necessary.
If the customer neglects to do so and damage occurs as a result, Nomadic Soundscape will not be liable for those damages.
Nomadic Soundscape is not liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising from the use of or inability to use any of our products.
We will not be responsible if the content does not fit your specific purpose. We cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of any sound samples licensed from our sites.
